Blogger just doesn't work too well sometimes, though it's better than it used to be.
I had a similar problem at 11pm GMT last night. I'm glad to hear it wasn't just me!
I don't at all even a little bit understand where what time is when on blogger.
It would help maybe if I understood what time it is wherever in the real world?
