St. Francis of Assisi (paraphrased)
Where there is charity and wisdom, there is neither fear nor ignorance.
Where there is patience and humility, there is neither anger nor annoyance.
Where there is love and joy, there is neither greed nor selfishness.
Where there is peace and meditation, there is neither anxiety nor doubt.

I loved St. Francis of Assis!
I've read MANY of his teachings and found them ALL so inspiring.
Many years ago, I spend four days at a St. Francis of Assis retreat center in the country. It was AMAZING because I could actually FEEL his energy present.
