Really.....most of the day was filled with rain.
Flash flood warnings and flood warnings. (the two must not be confused, yaknow....)
We were prepared for the 3 to 5 inches they were forecasting we'd get.
MAYBE a thunder storm or two..... The chances were 'slim' for isolated thunder showers.
Uh huh......riiiiiigggggghhhhhttttttttt.........
We've been to the basement once already this evening.Ya go there when it turns ugly.
And it turned ugly...
...and sirens happened....
...and we're under yet another tornado watch until 12am tonight.

Oh Mel I can only imagine. It has been bad in this part too of Northern Virginia. The weather is simply scary.
