TFTD--with a need not to be forgotten

So much of our communication can reflect our need to control.
We say what we think others want to hear.
We try to keep others from getting angry, feeling afraid, going away, or disliking us.
But our need to control traps us into feeling like victims and martyrs.

Freedom is just a few words away. Those words are our truths. We can say what we need to say. We can gently, but assertively, speak our mind.

Let go of your need to control. We do not need to be judgmental, tactless, blaming, or cruel when we speak our truths. Neither do we need to hide our light. Let go, and freely be who you are.

Today, I will be honest with others, and myself knowing that if I don't, my truth will come out some other way.

You are here for a purpose.
There is not a duplicate of you in the whole wide world; there never has been, there never will be.
You were brought here now to fill a certain need.

Take time to think that over.

What if I was 'brought here now' to fill a need to agitate the byjeepers outta some folks?
Do I haffta do THAT in a kindly, tactful and nonjudgemental/nonblaming way?

LOL I can't help it--I'm just MADE this way!

Blimey! I hope I was made for a purpose I like. I mean if it turned out to be something I didn't want to do I'd get awfully grouchy about it.

Have to say I wish I'd learned the trick of gently but assertively speaking my mind. Trouble is, when I concentrate on gentle assertiveness I forget what was in my mind. So at least I can gently assertively say nothing at all.
