It was a dark and stormy night.......

Sidewalk chalk happened this weekend.

I was forced to open a new bucket.
*nodding*
Oh the sacrifices.....LOL

And it was our firstest summery like day.
What better thing to do than to plop on the patio whilest the water and teabags transformed itself into suntea?!

Yeah, yeah......it was one of those 'do a little, go away a little, do a little, go away a little' kinda days......mostly cuz I kept having "OH LOOK.....a CHICKEN!" moments.

And really--one cannot rush an artist.

And I was far from alone!
Not that just 'anyone' is allowed to invade my patio time--
But I was so happy for the company of Mrs. Cardinal.

She approved of the chalk colours dontchaknow....and yes, I did ask her opinion.

And yes, she insisted that I pick a colour from the new bucket.

(so it's not really my fault, dontchaknow!)
