When was the last time you became really, really angry? Honestly?
This past week.
Whole body shaking, ready to lose it and just let 'er rip, from the pit of my being --ANGRY.
*shrugs*
It happens! LOL

I went for a brisk walk. That's a good way for me to spend the energy that comes with feeling out and out, rip-roaring angry.
I think I let it move from 'feeling' towards 'being'.
That's one of those deals I'd just as soon not dance with--but it happens and either I know what I'm doing with it, or it's doing it with me--plain and simple.
Better I'm responsible with it.
Elsewise I end up making hellacious messes.....and I won't have that!
(won't is the correct term....thank goodness I get to choose.....)

Yes (((((Mel)))).
Well chosen.
Reminds me of a friend who used to hoover the whole house when she was angry :) the family knew to keep out of the way of the hoover :)
maybe I should take up hoovering. . .
it's weird how one "becomes" angry and then "feels" angry
. . .and then, as you say there's the "being"
(hoovering - I'll think about that one!)
it is possible that one of the reasons I walk just about everyday is to expend that energy in advance....like somesort of pressure valve?
I'm sending you hugs and prayers as well....
We ARE on some strange pychic wave lenght....last week was the first time in ages i really lost it at someone, totally beside myself, then realized I had completly misjudged them...what a terrible feeling.
Yep---brisk walks.
And I'm a closet/cupboard cleaner.
Himself washes counters and starts to clean kitchens.
We should time our 'mad moments--they'd come in very handy come spring cleaning time.... ;-)
