We're already short staffed and I'm putting in 60 some hours a week. (k...I've worked to cut it back to 50 some....)
And now we're going to lose 2 more people.
Which means I can run around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to do all those things other folks aren't able to do on top of the things I'm trying to already do cuz we're short on staff.
Uh huh.
Yep.
I think that's about right.
Right.

Holy cow...50-60 hours a week?!?!
Don't ya just love management positions? They hire you with 40 hours a week as your put-in time, but it ALWAYS ends up being closer to 50. I know, I use to manange - OY!
This is happening everywhere. My boss just ended up getting more stores added to her territory because they layed off several account executives; giving all THEIR stores to her. She's exhausted!
