Hi Mel,
This one is unreal! I love the colors.
I don't see rainbows here. I miss them..

So lovely. Raining cats and dogs here. So far Andrea is staying northwest of us. Dropping lots of rain but hopefully not much else.

well crap, mel... not due to the pretty photo but the news i'm now getting down to reading... hardly back on two legs and walking around much!!! you aren't doing much better, dammit. geez, i am really sorry to read about this sagging thing. but...gotta say i was beginning to wonder why you hadn't been allowed off those sticks yet.

as for surgery... well i've been there too often and have 6" screws and titanium plate in my neck so it can be nice and unmovable...love it. BUT i did take my time and wore out every single option until pain got me down to where i was freaked out and in the hospital screaming for help. yep, a little stubborn here too. so take your time, won't matter it sounds... maybe something will be/make a difference. i hope you are getting 2-3 opinions too. you never know. i hope you are getting to see a holistic/integrative type doc too.[no sailors i hope...in iowa?] might make a difference if you take proper supplements and that's veRY complicated to heal something like this.... with them but could help. you are taking the basics i hope, like mag and cal and and and?

anyway my dear... just thought i'd stop in tonight and say hello... they've left, i'm exhausted and the visit had some very low points for me. some high ones too, don't get me wrong, it's just family dynamics get old. i know you know...

best go now, got a mouth infection, recovering from a breast infection-of all things, my shoulders and every other joint is killing me and i don't feel very well. but do keep your head up lady, you'll figure all this out. one way or the other.... it's the in-betweens that sometimes make us the craziest, you know? :) xoxox

Isn't the sight of a rainbow MAGICAL?

It gives HOPE.

Thanks for sharing, dear lady!
