:-)

How do you go ahead and take action when you don't feel like it?
Set your feelings aside and do what needs to be done.
How do you move toward your dream when you don't think you can do it?
Set your thinking aside and follow your heart.
Thoughts and feelings are powerful and extremely useful, but they do not have to control you.

You can control you.

Do I HAVE to take action? If I do than it is with baby steps... I am very good at baby steps... I have short short legs. C:)

Mindfulness is a wonderful thing. It helps retain necessary control ... and to leg go of unnecessary control.

I try to control me but then a fight breaks out between me and I, so we just give up and be us,

There is a wonderful Japanese therapy called naikan, or sometimes referred to as Morito, that is all about doing what needs to be done...it says "o;k you feel terrible, what else needs doing now? I love it.

it's like the word crisis

greek - or something ancient for - the turning point in a disease; the chinese hijacked it and gave it two meanings: "danger" and "opportunity"

and yes, "you" can take control of "you"

I can't you know. I have absolutely no self control.
But sometimes I feel like doing something I don't feel like doing and then something gets done.
see?
