This morning I heard myself say it to a child:
Your worth and value just IS.

I shall endeavour to keep that echoing through my own thoughts during these times:
When people exit my life, angry that they're a victim of circumstances they trusted I could control....that I could not.
When people exit my life, angry that they're a victim of circumstances they trusted I could control....that I could not.
When things turn upside down and inside out in this little world that's been so peace-filled and a haven for this soul weary woman.
When I have to look loved ones in the eye and say "I failed you....", because in some aspects I did.
When I things begin their rapid descention into the unknown....

Dear, dear Mel.
The other people can't help wanting it all to be your problem but it's their task to understand that they have the responsibility for their own lives too. We'd all like someone else to steer for us but we need to be responsible for our own bits of baggage.
Something like that anyway.
Wishing for your haven back even if it has to be in a new form.
