Hurrah - I get to be the FIRST...(if I hurry)...and it's on the Light Show!

Fabulous photo...You feed me. I miss my prairie roots of vast openness, big sky and magnanimous light shows. One time I was driving a looooong trip home, felt drained, and came across a scene like this. I stopped the car, got out, raised my arms and shouted, "NOW LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!"

I studied the grass, Mel. You know just the right stuff to leave in photos. Thank you!

Now, I went back, but must have missed why you had to have this surgery.

I love "warp speed with hair on fire". Often when I can actually remember HALT, I realize it is all for naught. I set the danged plan and often the one most affected by changing my stupid plan is a little black cat who is happily sleeping by the fire!

But to be in a cast for that period of time? Yikes. I'd have a whole FFS list! Not that the cat would care. I have to keep in good shape because I cannot imagine how things would unfold if I ever needed to pound on walls. Please help me not have to find out!

You know, Mel, I'm forever discovering all sorts of little, teensy, unexpected reasons that computers are a blessing.

I love visiting you! I find it ironic that I do not receive notices of your posts. I'm signed up, but I do not get them. I've chalked it up to me. I don't mind coming over and doing a catch up. But I want you to know why the stretches of absences. You see, you are very important to me.

Happy New Year. May your year be cast in abundance. Oh groan.....did I say that? Big Hug!

This is simply exquisite! Aside from really beautiful color there is a roar of energy that one can sense. You have captured with your camera "energy."
