Right.
Himself's idea of coping with his 'feelings' is to destroy a house to put it back together.
NOT that there's anything wrong with that, mindyou.
I clean closets.
And shampoo carpets.
*laughing*
LORDIE did I shampoo carpets a LOT when the two of us were doing the long distance relationship stuff and he had to go one way and I had to go another.
I had the cleanest carpets in town, I'm sure.
Maybe in the state?
Yeah, well.....he tore beds apart--ALL of the beds.
And all of the bedding.
The good news is I did get one of them made before I fell into it last night.
And dishes were everywhere.
They're now done.
The bathroom was a disaster--still is. WHY, I do not know. It just is.
The dining room is filled with sacks from shopping adventures with the 26YO. Not sure why that is--surverying the goodies, maybe?
The livingroom--don't ask me why the cushions were off the couches and the pillows on the floor. I'm sure there was a plan somewhere in that little brain of his....
Oh--and there's laundry tossed into piles in the laundryroom.
Some of which are wet.
Ick......
Right. First thing on the list.....
I guess I best get to it.
I mean, it ain't goin' anywhere if I do nothing......
Right.
I like that option better.
k.....wait.....
Toss laundry back into the washer and THEN do nothing......on the patio......with French press coffee.

Hahaha, your house sounds like mine! Cleaning is a better coping tool then say, drinking :)And a pile of cushions on the floor has yet to kill anyone that I know. With himself being with Mum, you will have ample time to get things back when and how you like, in the meantime, enjoy that coffee!
What is it about cleaning that so theraputic???
Me too, Mel!
When I'm going mad, I like to attack the bathroom. For some reason cleaning a bathroom calms me down!?!
Maybe it's the FUMES of the COMET!
HAHAHAHAHAHA!
