Just because you've made mistakes does not mean you must continue to make them.
Simply realizing that you've made an error is a major step toward correcting that error and getting past it.

Just the reminder I needed....
I've made mistakes in the past, and just because I am being reminded of them does not mean that I am still making them or that I need to still beat myself up over them...living, learning....with the help of some beautiful souls(((thank you Mel)))
