Within a matter of a few hours, it all turned upside down and inside out.
Himself rang me at work to let me know 'the mum' had apparently had a stroke.
Of course there's not much information to go on--just the frantic call from a cousin who doesn't 'do' crisis well.
I'm good in a crisis.
Get in, handle what needs handled.... get it done--'feel' what you 'feel' later.
That's if you're going to let yourself feel anything at all.....

His flight should be arriving soon.
And the 26YO that arrived at the same airport yesterday will be picking him up.
